In the spare moments between building our customers' kitchens, we decide to exercise our custom woodworking skills to produce unique furniture, mostly for ourselves, but pieces are for sale for those who are interested.

Below are some examples of what we build, most of which was for fun. We would like to show you how far our woodworking knowledge spans. Take a look and decide, let us know what you think!

Here is a custom "butcher-block" top style, natural oak kitchen table we built for one of our customers who purchased a kitchen
from us.

Here, is another example of a rustic piece of furniture, which can be used as either an entry way bench or a rustic style coffee table. As you can see, the table was made from natural pine and finished with a moderate sheen finish.pineTable

Here is a picture of a hickory High-Back chair, which is naturally finished. The axe is just a piece of artwork added to the chair to create a crack in the back of the chair, solidifying the whole chair as a piece of art, rather than just a chair. As you can see, we can be quite creative.

Here is an example of our "log" style table that was cut directly from the sawmill and finished with a matte finish. This table stands at knee-height, making it a beautiful option for a coffee table, especially for those rustic wood enthusiasts.logTable

Here is an example of our widely enjoyed "High-Back" custom rustic chairs. These are the perfect addition, to the den or home in general, for those who enjoy rustic furniture.

The chair below is an example of an ash chair with a natural finish, and the bark left on the edges.ashChair

Here is a picture of a rustic oak High-Back chair that we made to capture the beauty that can be found in even the roughest conditions of wood. We enjoyed the knots that came naturally in the oak because we believe that the knots and mineral stains add character to the wood, thus making this chair unique, with no others exactly alike it.

If you take a look at the pieces on this page, with the exception of the butcher-block style top oak table at the top of the page, you can see that we enjoy showing people the true beauty of the rustic nature of the conventionally thrown away lumber. Producing these tables and chairs brings to life the otherwise neglected beauty that nature provides in uniqueness and character.
